Coaching Early-Stage Indonesian Startups to Build and Scale

Startup Studio Indonesia (SSI) is an accelerator program for early-stage startups, organized by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics. It aims to support startups in achieving product-market fit and scaling their businesses, which in turn will increase employment through startup growth.

The program provides a series of personal mentorship sessions from Indonesia’s most prominent product experts; all for free. It also gives participants access to a network of investors and industry leaders.

Based on my track record and my expertise in product management and growth strategy, I was entrusted with the role of coach for 13 companies across four program batches (Batch 5–8), from November 2022 to June 2024.

My contributions centered on addressing critical challenges these startups faced, providing strategic guidance to streamline their operations, and helping them chart clear paths to achieving product-market fit.

Area of Contribution

The startups selected for participation are carefully chosen based on their potential for substantial impact and scalability, with the selection process overseen by a diverse and experienced board representing a range of industries.
