The Earth-Centered Economy Coalition (Koalisi Ekonomi Membumi or KEM) was born during Indonesia’s G20 presidency in 2022. Supported by the Ministry of Investment, KEM unites advocates, businesses, government representatives, and financiers to foster sustainable growth and ecosystem preservation in Indonesia.
KEM’s mission includes encouraging 100 sustainable jurisdictions, nurturing 100+ responsible businesses, and mobilizing over $200 million USD in sustainable investments.
As a pro bono Product Manager for the Impact Monitoring & Evaluation (IME) working group, I took charge of the product discovery for our internal tools to enable other working groups to report effectively and track their progress towards KEM’s ambitious goals.
We design the frameworks and visualization needed to measure and report the impact of KEM's work across its mission pillars. There's 10 Impact Categories + 23 Indicators (Means of Verification)
Our tools enabled KEM to measure tangible results and fine-tune strategies to increase their impact on sustainable development within Indonesia. This pro-bono engagement demonstrates my dedication to ESG, by contributing my expertise in product management to drive impactful outcomes.
